Standard Delivery

Orders are sent with Australia Post. These orders will normally have tracking and this information will be passed to you if your email address details are provided. A signature is required on delivery and if no one is home a calling card will be left for collection. If this is not suitable we highly recommend that you change your delivery address to a workplace or a location where there is someone available during the day to sign for receipt of the goods. We can not deliver to a Post Office box due to the size of the unit.

Dispatching Orders

We aim to dispatch orders within one business day from when payment is fully cleared. Also we take holidays from time to time at which point no deliveries can be initiated. If we plan on time away longer than 3 consecutive business days we will notify you accordingly. Please note that orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be packed and dispatched on the next business day. Deliveries are not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.

Where is my item?

All orders despatched will be accompanied by a standard email stating when the order is dispatched complete with tracking details. Please make sure that your email address is correct to receive these emails.

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery window as per Australia Post guidelines plus 3 business days (only count Monday – Friday and the first day starts the day after we dispatch your item), please contact us so that we can investigate this further for you.

Please ensure you have the following information available and have also followed the following steps below:

  • Provide your details.
  • Provide your full delivery address.
  • Provide the purchase date of the transaction
  • You have checked with your Neighbours or with your local Australia Post Office
  • You agree to return any replacement item should it turn up later at your cost and must be unopened and in it’s original packaging

A tax invoice will get emailed to you.

All warranty work is return-to-base. The customer is responsible for shipment of the item back to our warehouse.
